The product
GuruWatcher is a self-hosted software toolkit that watches price levels in newsletters and sources you provide, and pings your Discord when a level is hit. You run it yourself on hardware or a container you control. It is a digital product delivered by a download after a paid checkout — there is no public free clone.
Alert-only, not advice
- GuruWatcher does not provide investment advice, brokerage, order execution, or signal services.
- Alerts are parameters to watch — not trade instructions. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions.
- It is not a product for redistributing paid third-party newsletter text. You are responsible for using content you have the right to use.
Purchase & license
- One-time purchase of the toolkit ($99 USD). Stripe processes the payment; the receipt is emailed to you.
- Purchase grants access: you receive a license to run the toolkit for your own purposes. Access is delivered as a download after a paid checkout (via a Stripe-gated link on the site). The toolkit ships as a notarized macOS app (DMG, Apple Silicon), an Authenticode-signed Windows portable zip (Azure Artifact Signing; SmartScreen may still warn once for a new publisher), and a source zip carrying a per-buyer license file; download caps are per format. A private GitHub repo invite is available on request. There is no public free clone — purchase gates delivery.
- Delivered copies may include a purchase identifier (session id, licensed email, and a cryptographic fingerprint) for anti-piracy attribution and DMCA enforcement. There is no activation phone-home and no remote license server. For normal use the toolkit needs network access you choose: email/IMAP for newsletter ingest, public market data for price checks, and your Discord webhook for alerts. Your newsletter text, config, and state stay on hardware you control.
- Unauthorized redistribution of the toolkit may result in takedown requests (including DMCA notices to hosts) and other remedies. Report suspected infringement to support@guruwatcher.com with the fingerprint line from the copy if available.
- Digital goods: because access is delivered digitally, once it is delivered (download provided or invite sent) there are no refunds. If something is genuinely broken, contact support@guruwatcher.com and we will work with you to make it right. We answer support email within 1 business day.
Limits
- Provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. No guarantee of uptime, availability, or trading outcomes — “alpha” is never promised.
- No liability for loss arising from use of the toolkit, your content choices, or your trading decisions.
- You may not resell or redistribute the toolkit itself as a competing product.
