What it does
Keep checking runs the spine repeatedly: ingest → reconcile → check. Each loop pulls any new/unread email (if you connected email auto-ingest), reconciles the claim ledger, and polls prices. Discord only fires when a watched price level is actually hit — not for every email.
Safe vs Live

Live needs a saved Discord webhook and an intentional confirmation. Without a webhook it stays dry-run and fails closed.
Start it
- Open the Control Panel — see the Open the Control Panel guide.
- Scroll to Keep checking.

Pick an interval in seconds — e.g.
900= 15 minutes. - Choose Safe (no Discord posts) to start.
- Click Start checking.
When you’re ready, pick Live (needs the webhook) and confirm. Discord only posts when a level is hit.
Notes
- Your laptop must stay awake. The panel and its loop run on this computer.
- Leave the launcher window open. Closing it stops the loop.
- Email ingest only pulls new/unread mail in the folder you set — not your history.
- Watches arm only when the issue text has a symbol and a real number.
